GGS Systems offer full refunds on purchases of equivalent product upgrades.

Should you purchase a specific system today and wish to upgrade to an equivalent new system as it becomes available later,

you can return your product for a full refund of the original product purchase price in exchange for the new product

within a 12 month period from the date of purchase.

Product Warranty

All products come with a full 1 year warranty on the internal electronics for private - non commercial - customers.

Grass Fiber panels are excluded from any warranty unless found defect on delivery.

Warranties for commercial customers are limited to 6 months unless commercial licenses are purchased.

-Return Policy

Should you wish to return any products for any reason within the allocated trial period then the following terms will apply :

1.The products must be in a as-new condition and fully functional

2. a standard 15% re-shelving fee for the products returned will be deducted from your payment refund.

3. Any shipping and/or customs duties incured on returning the products will be deducted from your payment refund.
