All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions

Product Warranty

All products come with a 180 day warranty on the internal electronics for private - non commercial - customers.

Grass Fiber panels are excluded from any warranty unless found defect on delivery.

There are no warranties for commercial customers unless a commercial license is purchased.

12 month Extended Product Warranty

A 12 month extended warranty on the internal electronics for private - non commercial - customers is available for $300 / €200 per product.

i.e. a camera or optical sensor system

(sensor mat or camera optical sensor array)

-Return Policy

Should you wish to return any products for any reason within the 10 day trial period then the following terms will apply :

1.The products must be in a as-new condition and fully functional

2. a standard 15% re-shelving fee for the products returned will be deducted from your payment refund.

3. Any shipping and/or customs duties incured on returning the products will be deducted from your payment refund.

4. Commercial customers / resellers: a no return policy applies - sale is considered to be done and final - and no refunds are granted.

However, products can be exchanged for other GSA products within a 60 day period of the purchase date

as long as the products are in an as-new condition and fully functional
